Empty Hands Martial Arts has been providing Martial Arts classes in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide since March 2008.

Empty Hands Martial Arts provides training in Kenpo Karate, a practical, self-defence focussed Martial Art.

Our Head Instructor is Tim Barnes, Associate Professor, 5th degree Black belt in Kenpo Karate. He has trained in numerous Martial Arts for more than 20 years, including:
Chinese Kenpo, American Kenpo, Koshindo Ju Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kali/Escrima/ArnisJudoHis American Kenpo instructor is Mr Graham Lelliott, Senior Master of the Arts, 10th degree Black belt Kenpo Karate, GL Kenpo (Clovis, CA, USA).

Our kids/family classes run through the school terms, while the teen/adult classes run through the year.
