Antipasto and excellent bruschetta are a great start. Traditional italian fare is offered, featuring chicken, fish and pasta dishes. Pollo al salmone is a chicken breast pan-fried with a herb crust, filled with smoked salmon and cream cheese and served with potato au gratin.

Sferas also offers a gourmet center and fresh food market, as well as a catering service from Campbell town SA, specializing in fresh produce, prepared food and heat and serve convenience foods. Sfera’s The Gourmet center opened in 1986 and was one of the first businesses in the north eastern suburbs to present fully prepared items to heat and serve at home and to cater for larger functions by preparing and delivering food to a range of different social events in the community. Sfera’s on the Park opened in 1997 and was an extremely thriving venture by the Sfera family particularly in a very competitive wedding market. In 2002 a proposal was made by Michael Sfera to renovate the heritage listed Modbury School House building into an Italian restaurant serving magnificent meals in a desirable dining setting and future plans for a large extension. This led to the opening of Sfera’s Park Suites and Convention center in 2008, to arrest the attention of the corporate market with the Starlight Ballroom featuring, in house audio visual facilities and the ability to adjust the room size to cater for large and multiple insignificant functions. Sfera’s now also offers an exclusive catering service for corporate events.
