*Land based Gear Rental Service*. You can come to me at Holden Hill or we can arrange to have classes at a place of your choosing for an extra transport fee. Fishing is a great past time especially for kids (to get them away from the computer or Ipod!) so give me a call. You can buy a 5 class package for $225 or a 10 class package for $400. The classes are $50 per hour but you can have up to 5 people per class. In the classes I provide all the equipment necessary to learn knot / hook / rig tying (no rods or reels supplied but I can get you a discount at a well known shop here in Adelaide). 5) Locations and times of year to fish. 4) How to choose the right gear such as rods, reels, line hooks. By booking this rental service you are agreeing to the above terms and to those set out in the rental agreement signed prior to the use of the rental service on the day. Classes The classes will take you through the following areas: 1) Knot and rig tying 2) Baits 3) Lure selection. Clients are liable for any costs regarding any damage to, or loss of, fishing gear through the use of (or misuse of) the fishing gear. Any loss of, or damage to, the gear resulting from the use of a minor will be paid for by the parent or legal guardian. Children under 18 years old may use the gear but only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. As you can understand,there is no guarantee of catching fish but I will do everything I can to help you succeed. All the fish you see on this page were caught at these land based locations! All payments to be made in advance on the day (*Strictly Cash Only*) ! Please contact me for the availability of this service as it depends a lot on weather conditions .I will advise you as to what days look good and as to what time of day would most probably be best for your target species. All people using the service must. The minimum rental cost will be $75 (either 3 hours for one set up or less hours for multiple set ups used). All set ups include one fishing rig (terminal tackle set up). If a new one is required they can be supplied at a cost of $5 each. King George Whiting & Red Mullet = $30 / hour including bait Squid set up = $25 / hour (I can change jigs for you to different styles and colours as often as you like,about 15 available) Snook set up = $25 / hour including bait Mullet set up = $25 / hour including bait Yellowfin Whiting set up = $30 / hour including bait from a jetty or $35 / hour from the beach If you decide to bring your own bait then I can give you a discount on these prices,please contact me for more information. For example: Gar and tommie set up = $25 / hour including bait. The price per hour per rod depends on the species you wish to target as the gear and bait required differs . More than one person can use one rod but all users have to have their photo ID registered with me. A refundable rental deposit of $60 per rod is required. I will meet you there and I will be fishing at the same time so I will be able to give you some pointers. c) Squid d) Snook e) Mullet and Yellowfin Whiting I can advise you as to what species you are most likely to encounter there at any given time. I can set you up to fish for the following species: a) Gar and Tommies (Australian Herring) b) King George Whiting & Red Mullet. Of course, you can bring your own bait if you desire.
